    "answer": "The registration fee covers entry to the event, a timing chip (only for applicable categories), a raceday t-shirt in the size of your choice and a post-run hot breakfast."

    "question": "Is there a minimum/maximum age for participants?",
    "answer": "For Half Marathon, minimum age to participate is 18 years as on 13th December 2026.\nFor 10K, minimum age to participate is 14 years as on 13th December 2026.\nFor 5K, minimum age to participate is 6 years as on 13th December 2026."

    "question": "Can I change the category after the registration?",
    "answer": "Yes, you can change the category 60 days prior to the event date. If you have to upgrade the category you will have to pay the difference amount, and for the downgrade of the category partial refund will not be done.\n\nNOTE: In case of increase in registration fee from early bird to current, the difference amount has to be paid for the change in race category."

    "question": "There was a problem during registration. I have been charged but I did not receive a confirmation. What should I do?",
    "answer": "Under exceptional cases, when the transaction has failed at the payment gateway stage, and if the money was debited but a confirmation was not generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 3 working days automatically. For further clarification, you can write an email to supportteam@mysamay.in with your registration details (date of registration, name, and your email id) and we will follow up to ensure the problem is tracked and closed."

    "question": "Cancellation Policy",
    "answer": "In the event of adverse weather conditions, threats, force majeure, or restrictions by authority, organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event or change the route. Event organizers possess sole authority to cancel tickets."

    "question": "Official Race Cutoff Time",
    "answer": "To ensure the safety of all participants and the timely reopening of the race course, the following cutoff times will be strictly enforced:\n\n• Full Marathon: 6 hours (The first loop must be completed within 3 hours.)\n• Half Marathon: 3 hours 30 minutes\n• 10K Run: 1 hour 30 minutes\n• 5K Fun Run: 1 hour\n\nParticipants who fail to complete the course within the cutoff times will be required to withdraw from the race. If any participant chooses to continue running beyond the cutoff time, no route support will be provided, and an official finisher’s certificate will not be issued."
